There were tears running down her cheek, she was alone in what looked like a dead sea. All around her were small streams of water. They looked like a green with a black color; her tears were hitting the ground so hard that they almost turned a dark color. Her eyes were blue, her eyelashes were long, and she tried to keep walking. But she fainted and cried, the air was humid and cold. The sun was gone and it looked like it would never come back, it wouldn’t rain and there was nothing to eat and she was still sore and endlessly in pain. The ground was blue because of the sea before and the coral that had been in the sea although it was dried up she kept insisting that she would once again come to her senses. Meaning it was gone forever, only until there could be water with the coral again. There were no trees but only the remainder of the dead ocean, her heart was barely beating and her mind was off and her eyes were know closed. She was like in an invisible bubble were the only one was her and the only person that could go inside her bubble was her. Her bubble was filled with air and was hafly filled in with water because of the small streams of thick ugly water that surrounded her. Her clothes were ruined and filthy; her skin was dry because of the humid air. But know the only thing she could think about was her family and if she would ever get back to them safe and alive and together again. She resisted so many of these mindless things that happened to her, but with great brief she tried to resist so much. She hadn’t eaten in days, her pain grew every day, the only hope she had was to find a way out of this misery and endless pain and the only way was to try to relax and try to dream as if she was with her family having fun at the beach. Then she thought about memories that appeared to her as if she had been dreaming, she saw herself loving nature and seeing the ocean once again with water and the sun almost peeling and burning her skin, but she could see herself smiling because she liked looking at the ocean and seeing it once again come to her with its roar. It's like if the ocean called to her, telling her to swim and have fun. The coral was still dry her face was pale; she kept feeling weak and wasn’t feeling good. Her every step was as if she was stepping on pointy rocks and her hair was tangled. Every time, and every day she would get the same dream and yet her dream wasn’t fulfilled. But to her, her home was the ocean and she knew that the existence to that place would come again, and she would be sad no more.

Karen, In this sentence,
"around her were small streams of water. They looked like a green with a black color; her tears were hitting the ground so hard that they almost turned a dark color.
You really did a good job describing how the character is feeling by where she is.
